เปลี่ยนแปลงวันออกรางวัลของสลากงวดวันที่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ เป็นวันที่ ๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๓ วันนี้ (๒๕ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๓) เวลาประมาณ ๑๒.๐๐ น. ที่ห้องประชุมอเนกประสงค์ ชั้น 3 สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล จ.นนทบุรี นายพชร อนันตศิลป์ ประธานกรรมการสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล แจ้งผลการประชุมคณะกรรมการสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล เรื่องการออกรางวัล ของสลากงวดวันที่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในชีวิตของประชาชน และเป็นการสนองต่อนโยบายของรัฐบาล ในการควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-๑๙ คณะกรรมการสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล จึงมีมติให้เปลี่ยนแปลงการออกรางวัลของสลาก งวดวันที่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ จากวันที่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ เป็นวันที่ ๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๓ ตั้งแต่เวลา ๑๔.๓๐ - ๑๖.๐๐ น. ณ ห้องออกรางวัลสลาก สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล และจะไม่มีการจำหน่ายสลาก งวดวันที่ ๑๖ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ และงวดวันที่ ๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๓ ทั้งนี้ วันออกรางวัลที่เลื่อนไปเป็น ๒ พฤษภาคม2563 ก็ต้องขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ในห้วงเวลา ณ ขณะนั้นด้วย หากสถานการณ์เปลี่ยนแปลงไป จะมีการพิจารณาและแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป ในส่วนของผู้ที่ทำรายการจองสลาก งวดวันที่ ๑๖ เมษายน ๒๕๖๓ ที่ได้มีการจองสลากในระบบจองล่วงหน้าเมื่อวันที่ ๒๐-๒๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๓ สำนักงานฯ จะโอนเงินคืนเงินให้กับผู้ที่ทำรายการแล้วทั้งหมด โดยจะทำการโอนคืนโดยเร็วที่สุด อย่างใดก็ตามเพื่อความต่อเนื่องของการออกสลาก ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างความหวังและโอกาสของประชาชนไม่ให้หยุดลง ด้วยข้อจำกัดของสลากใบที่เราทำธุรกิจนี้มายาวนานอาจจำเป็นต้องมีการทบทวนให้มีรูปแบบที่เป็นการลดความเสี่ยง โดยใช้บริบทเดิมทั้งหมด เพียงแต่เปลี่ยนจากใบมาเป็นจำหน่ายด้วยเครื่องเพื่อลดการติดต่อเปลี่ยนมือระหว่างผู้ซื้อผู้ขายและบุคลากรของสำนักงานสลากฯ เองด้วย คณะกรรมการจึงได้มอบให้สำนักงานฯ ไปดูว่า เพื่อให้กิจการของสำนักงานฯ สามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ควรเปลี่ยนมาจำหน่ายด้วยช่องแบบออนไลน์ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่กระทบผู้ขายทั้งหมด โดยให้สำนักงาน ฯ ไปศึกษา เพราะหากไวรัสนี้ยาวนานเกินกว่าเดือนสองเดือนอย่างที่เราคาดการณ์ ก็อาจจะทำให้สำนักงานสลากฯ ไม่สามารถดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ได้
