กฎระบียบข้อบังคับของเว็บ apichoke.net
เพื่อให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมของทางเว็บเป็นไปด้วยความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย จึงขอให้สมาชิกปฏิบัติตามกฎข้อบังคับ ของทางเว็บ และข้อบังคับ พรบ.คอมพิวเตอร์
1. ห้ามมิให้สมาชิกใช้คำพูดจาหยาบคาย หรือทำให้บุคคลอื่นได้รับความเสียหาย หรือถ้อยคำดูหมิ่นบุคคลอื่น
2. ห้ามมิให้สมาชิกโพสต์ภาพโป๊ลามก หรือภาพอันไม่ควรเผยแพร่ในทางสาธารณะ
3. ห้ามโพสต์ตัวเลขหรือข้อความเกี่ยวกับการพนันที่ผิดกฎหมาย เช่น หวยธกส. ออมสิน หวยหุ้นหรืออื่นๆ
4. ห้ามโพสต์ข้อความ วางอีเมลหรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์เพื่อเรียกเก็บเงินสมาชิก หรือเพื่อผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัวในทางลับ หรือการกระทำอื่นใดที่ีส่อเจตนาว่า จะหาผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัว
5. ห้ามวางลิงค์เว็บหวย วางอีเมล หรือวางลิงค์เว็บอื่นใด ด้วยตนเองหรือให้ผู้อื่นวางก็ตาม เพื่อติดต่อผลประโยชน์ใดๆของตนเอง ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต
6. ห้ามประกาศในกระทู้ว่าจะให้เลขทางข้อความส่วนตัว(pm)โดยเด็ดขาด ทั้งนี้เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้มีการหลอกลวง พูดโอ้อวดเกินจริงอันอาจทำให้สมาชิกหลงเชื่อตกเป็นเหยื่อจนได้รับความเสียหาย
การลงโทษผู้ละเมิด
1. ลงโทษโดยการว่ากล่าวตักเตือน
2. ลงโทษโดยล็อคหรือลบกระทู้
3. ลงโทษโดยการแบนชั่วคราว
4. ลงโทษโดยการแบนถาวร
5. ลงโทษโดยการดำเนินคคดีตามกฎหมาย
(กรณีความผิดร้ายแรง)
การลงโทษในข้อใดข้อหนึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับโทษหนักเบา
ทั้งนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องเลือกข้อ 1 ก่อน
จึงแจ้งเรียนมาเพื่อทราบโดยทั่วกัน
