เพื่อให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมของทางเว็บเป็นไปด้วยความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย จึงขอให้สมาชิกปฏิบัติตามกฎข้อบังคับ ของทางเว็บ และข้อบังคับ พรบ.คอมพิวเตอร์

4.  ห้ามโพสต์ข้อความ หรือโฆษณาด้วยวิธีใดก็ตาม เพื่อชักชวน เพื่อเรียกเก็บเงินสมาชิก หรือเพื่อผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัวอื่นใด ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต

5.  ห้ามวางลิงค์เว็บหวยหรือ ชื่อเว็บอื่นใด วางอีเมล วางเบอร์โทรศัพท์
วางข้อความเพื่อติดต่อใน Face Book ในline ในSkipe ในU-Tube วางลิงค์และ/
หรือข้อความอื่นใดก็ตาม ด้วยตนเองหรือให้ผู้อื่นวาง เพื่อชักชวน
เพื่อติดต่อผลประโยชน์ของตนเองหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดก็ตาม ก่อนได้รับอนุญาต


6.  ห้ามประกาศในกระทู้ว่าจะให้เลขทางข้อความส่วนตัว(pm)โดยเด็ดขาด ทั้งนี้เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้มีการหลอกลวง พูดโอ้อวดเกินจริงอันอาจทำให้สมาชิกหลงเชื่อตกเป็นเหยื่อจนได้รับความเสียหาย
7. ห้ามทำการชักชวนสมาชิกให้ไปเว็บอื่นเพื่อหวังผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัวใดๆก็ตาม

การลงโทษผู้ละเมิด
1.  ลงโทษโดยการว่ากล่าวตักเตือน
2.  ลงโทษโดยล็อคหรือลบกระทู้
3.  ลงโทษโดยการแบนชั่วคราว
4.  ลงโทษโดยการแบนถาวร
5.  ลงโทษโดยการดำเนินคคดีตามกฎหมาย
     (กรณีความผิดร้ายแรง)

การลงโทษในข้อใดข้อหนึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับโทษหนักเบา

5. Do not put a lottery web link, email or phone numbers or a link of any other site. by the self or to others. To Persuade, contact their benefits or any other benefits prior permission.
6. No declare to give the tip in private messages (pm) is strictly prohibited. This is to prevent fraud. Exaggerated melodrama that may make members believe that the victim had been damaged.
7. Do not invite forum member to the other Web for any hope of personal gain.

Any person transgress will be Punish by
1. Punished by admonition.
2. Punished by locking or Delete the posting.
4. Punished by a temporary ban
5. Punished by a permanent ban.
6. Punished by Legal proceedings to the law.
      (A serious offense).

2. เลขสามตัวบน ให้ไม่เกิน 30 ชุดตรง สำหรับกรณีนี้อาจยืดหยุ่นได้ไม่เกิน 6 ชุด(รวม 36 ชุด)

2.1 กรณีเลขถูกสลับหลักรสน.ให้ได้ไม่เกิน 25 ชุด

3.1 กรณีถูก 2 หลัก ต้องเป็นหลักสิบ กับหลักหน่วยเท่านั้น

กฏเกณฑ์ที่ทุกๆท่านควรรับทราบ  

1. เลขที่ลงไว้หลังหวยออกห้ามแก้ไขโดยเด็ดขาด ถ้ามีการแก้ไขถือว่าเป็นโมฆะ  ไม่ต้องปักหมุด เว้นแต่มีหลักฐานอ้างอิงในกระทู้ยืนยันว่าถูกจริง
2. ใคร่ขอความร่วมมือ ผู้ใดให้เลขถูกควรกดอ้างถึง แล้วโพสต์ไว้ท้ายกระทู้พร้อมทั้งเน้นตัวสี หรือตัวใหญ่ เพื่อให้ผู้ทำหน้าที่ปักหมุดมองเห็นได้ง่าย
3. ในกรณีผู้ให้เลขถูกโดยมิใช่เจ้าของกระทู้ ต้องเป็นผู้อยู่และแชร์ข้อมูลร่วมกับท่านเจ้าของกระทู้เป็น   ประจำเท่านั้น จึงจะได้รับสิทธิตามมาตรฐานการปักหมุดข้อ1.-2.-3
